Our instructors are the best around and are all experienced teachers and gigging musicians in their own right. They are open, approachable and great communicators building a rapport with our students. We are insured as an organisation and all of our instructors are individually insured as well as being enhanced DBS cleared.

Andy Fleet (piano/keys, vocals)
Andy is a professional piano player, songwriter, vocalist, teacher and founder of The KZR Rock Sessions in 2008. Alongside with his session work and TV appearances Andy has toured and played at some of the finest venues around Europe including the Paradiso and Vredenburg Concert Hall in Holland, Spice of Life, The Forge, Bath Arts Centre, Borderline & Troubadour in London and the Stables in Milton Keynes.

He released his debut album The Night Falls Fast in 2009 and was followed up in June 2013 with the release of Takin' Aim on the Low Vinyl label. His third studio album Through Closed Eyes is set for release in 2017.

Andy also teaches piano at the Tring Park School of Performing Arts in Tring, Herfordshire.

Nick McNulty (guitar, bass, drums)
Nick has been a Peripatetic Guitar Tutor since 2004 and is currently a teacher at Stowe School, Beachborough School and the Hazeley Academy in Bucks. He also gives private lessons and is a member of the Registry of Guitar Tutors.

Playing all styles of rock music Nick has been a professional musician since 1980 having played in many local and nationally based bands and supporting some top artists. The current bands he plays guitar in are The Shadohs, The Cliff and Hank Tribute Show, Counting Colours, The Sound Collective & Run Devil Run.

Nick has been with us since the very start and he has been critical to our success.

Andre Canniere (brass, keys, drums)
Multi-instrumentalist and composer Andre Canniere is a leading jazz trumpeter on the London and New York circuit and has worked with some of the world's most well known and respected jazz and rock musicians.

Although famous for his brass playing, he is also a mean drummer, pianist and guitar player!
Andre is a busy educator and is currently Head of Brass at London's Highgate School and a tutor at Trinity College of Music. His debut album 'Forward Space' was released in 2012 on Whirlwind Recordings to critical acclaim including a five star review in The Guardian.

We're very lucky to have Andre onboard and he is a real asset to KZR Music.

Pete Kershaw (guitar, bass, vocals)
Pete's career has seen him perform everywhere from Grimsby Fish Docks to Buckingham Palace. He was a founder member of The Honkin’ Hepcats and has toured and performed with many fine musicians including Jamie Cullum, Camille O’Sullivan and Suggs.

Pete has appeared at many venues including the Queen Elizabeth Hall, The Roundhouse & Birmingham Symphony Hall and has also made many TV and radio appearances as musical director and performer.

A dedicated educator, Pete has been a guitar tutor at Tring Park School since 1997 and is the author of instructional books “A New Tune A Day for Electric Guitar” and “Play Guitar”.
